VC# 1813 Learn about Richmond’s turn-of-the-century quirks through the eyes of author Harry Kollatz. He shares his latest book “Richmond in Ragtime: Socialists, Suffragists, Sex, and Murder,” a chronicle of three rambunctious years in Richmond from 1909 – 1911.
